Pick & Pack turns our warehouse into your fulfilment centre. You store your inventory with us, and when orders come in, from your e-commerce store, B2B customers, or retail branches, we pick the right items, pack them to your standard, apply labels, and dispatch. You focus on selling; we handle the physical fulfilment.

We currently support e-commerce sellers on major marketplace platforms and independent DTC websites, as well as FMCG distributors fulfilling retail orders and pharmaceutical companies dispatching clinic and hospital orders.

Custom Labelling

Price stickers, barcode labels, product labels, and destination address labels applied per your specification. We can print labels in-house for standard requirements.

Kitting & Bundle Assembly

Assemble promotional bundles, gift sets, or product kits, combining multiple SKUs into a single ready-to-ship unit per your instruction sheet.

Returns Management

Returned parcels are received, inspected, and classified, resaleable goods restocked, damaged goods quarantined and reported. Full returns report provided weekly.

Bespoke Packaging

Branded boxes, tissue paper inserts, tamper-evident seals, and fragile packing foam, we pack to your brand standard for every order, regardless of size.

Last-Mile Delivery

Packed orders dispatched via our delivery fleet or third-party courier partners, metro same-day and regional next-day or 2-day options.

Subscription Box Fulfilment

Monthly subscription box services packed to a set bill of materials, each personalised and dispatched on schedule, reliable, repeatable, scalable.

Pick & Pack, How It Works

Stock-In

Your stock arrives at our facility. We count, scan, and allocate bin locations. Inventory is immediately visible in your WMS client portal.

Order Received

Orders arrive via email, portal, or API. Our system generates a pick list automatically. Picking begins within 30 minutes for orders received before 14:00.

Pack & Label

Picked items are packed to your specification, right box, right padding, right label. Quality-checked before sealing. Dispatch documents generated.

Dispatch & Track

Orders dispatched via your preferred carrier or our fleet. Tracking number emailed to you (and optionally to your customer) on same day of dispatch.

Pick & Pack, FAQs

Our pick & pack service has a minimum monthly spend rather than a minimum order count, this covers the fixed cost of dedicated shelf space and WMS setup. The minimum varies by client volume and SKU complexity; we'll confirm the specific minimum when we propose your pricing. Low-volume clients may be served on a shared fulfilment model at lower cost.

You can supply your own branded boxes, tape, inserts, and tissue paper, we store them as part of your inventory. Alternatively, for boxes and tape printing, we can refer you to our packaging supplier who offers competitive rates for Fort & Freight fulfilment clients. Standard plain brown boxes and void fill are provided by us at cost.

Orders received and confirmed by 14:00 local time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 14:00 or on Saturday are dispatched the next business morning. We do not operate Sunday dispatch for standard pick & pack; Sunday handling is available for high-volume clients by prior arrangement.
