Air Charter Support

Dedicated aircraft for oversized, high-volume, and out-of-gauge cargo

Air Charter Freight

When Scheduled Services Simply Won't Do

Air Charter Support gives you exclusive use of an aircraft, or a portion of one, specifically configured for your cargo. Whether you need a narrow-body for 10 tonnes of express freight or a B747 freighter for a full project shipment, we source, contract, and manage the entire charter operation on your behalf.

As an IATA-registered freight forwarder with charter broker relationships across major operators, we provide competitive rates and full transparency from the first quotation to final delivery.

When Should You Charter?

Charter is often the most cost-effective solution in these scenarios

Out-of-Gauge Cargo

Turbine blades, industrial machinery, oversized structures, and vehicles that exceed the door dimensions of any standard scheduled service.

High-Volume Shipments

When you have 50–150+ tonnes of cargo to move urgently and buying multiple pallets across several scheduled flights is impractical or slower.

Humanitarian Relief

Aid organisations and NGOs requiring immediate charter deployment to disaster zones or areas with limited scheduled air services.

Remote or Thin-Route Destinations

Locations with no direct scheduled service from our hubs, mining sites, remote airstrips, or landlocked destinations where connections are impractical.

High-Security Cargo

Cash, gold, artworks, or classified items requiring a fully controlled custody chain from door to door, with no third-party co-loading.

Schedule Control

When your cargo must depart at a specific time, not subject to airline convenience, and you need guaranteed slot control for loading.

Charter Support, FAQs

For standard cargo on established routes, we can have a charter option quoted and confirmed within 2–4 hours. Emergency humanitarian or AOG charters have been arranged in under 1 hour. Complex project cargo requiring multiple permits may take 2–5 business days to fully coordinate.
Yes. Part-charter (also called a "blocked space arrangement" or co-loading on a dedicated freighter) allows you to purchase a portion of the aircraft hold. This is ideal when your cargo is too large for belly space on a scheduled flight but does not fill a full charter aircraft.
International charters typically require overflight permits and landing permits for each country the aircraft transits. We handle all of these as part of our charter management service, liaising with civil aviation authorities and ground handlers along the entire route.
The operator's liability under a charter party agreement is limited. We strongly recommend, and can arrange, all-risk cargo insurance at declared value to fully protect your goods for the duration of the transit. This is included as an option in every charter quote we provide.
