Full Container Load (FCL) shipping gives you exclusive use of one or more containers, no co-loading with other shippers, no waiting for consolidation groups. Your goods are stuffed at origin, sealed, and travel direct to the destination port in a secure, unshared space. It is the preferred method for high-volume shippers, perishable cargo, and any consignment requiring strict chain of custody.

Space Booking

We book the container and vessel slot with the shipping line, securing the best rate and preferred sailing.

Stuffing & Seal

Container is collected from the depot, stuffed at your premises or our CFS, inspected, and customs-sealed.

Port & Vessel

Container is gated into port before the vessel cut-off. Customs export entry lodged; loaded aboard the vessel.

Bill of Lading

Original Bill of Lading issued after vessel departure. Destination agent alerted. Tracking updates provided throughout voyage.

FCL Export, FAQs

Generally from around 15 CBM or 10 tonnes upwards, FCL becomes cost-competitive with LCL when you factor in CFS handling charges, consolidation fees, and longer LCL transit times. We will always show you both options so you can make an informed decision based on volume, value, and urgency.
Ideally 1–2 weeks before the vessel cut-off to secure the best rates and equipment. On high-demand trade lanes, booking 3–4 weeks in advance is advisable during peak season (Oct–Dec). We can sometimes secure space at shorter notice, but rates may be higher.
Standard documents include: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Customs Export Entry, and the Bill of Lading. Depending on the commodity: Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Conformity, Health Certificate, or other regulatory clearances. We guide you on the full requirement for your specific cargo and destination.
Yes. We regularly manage reefer FCL exports for flower farms and fresh produce exporters worldwide. We coordinate pre-cooling, reefer set-point requirements, plug-in at the port, and phytosanitary inspection scheduling to ensure your cargo sails on time and in perfect condition.
